I braved the cold and got my plates on. And some decal representation.

Kinja why are you like this? That picture isn’t rotated, it wasn’t taken rotated and if I rotate it through image editor you rotate it back.

Edit: ok so it posts normal but is rotated on the draft page. Again, kinja why you like this?

That’s probably more your phone’s fault than Kinja’s. It’s all about the EXIF data.

Is done it to me before where I have to rotate the image 90 degrees, post, test, rotate 90 more, post, test. But apparently it posts normal and only the draft screen it's rotated incorrectly.

You're technically not wrong, but every other site I've ever posted on will rotate a photo to the correct orientation, even in an editor. It can't be that hard.
